I woke up today and went to work i was late bvecause i was chatting to people on the Ipower movielol IRC chatroom.

I feel extremely frustrated for some werid reason and angry at things i guess its alot of pressure trying to lose weight infront of alot of people and documenting it.

I made a post on the forum that made me think ima going to regret saying that as some people didn't like the content or how high my post count was which pissed me off as ive been recieveing hate message lately thats been effecting my progress and been down.

Ahh I used to take this back in my high school days when I was a little fit back then and life wasn’t so depressing lol.

So basically this is my own defination of wingchun now I've study a few martial arts at the age of 21 and the one thats stood out the most for me is wing chun kungfu.

Wing chun kungfu was is translated in english Forever spring or Eternal springtime which was used in southern chinese martial arts like a hundreads of years ago can't be stuff giving you guys a long history lesson anyways.

Wing chun kungfu has three types of open hand forms

1st Form - Slim lim Tao( the base of wingchun)
